Yes it sounds like an oxymoron but there is indeed a vegetarian version of haggis, but the even more surprising thing is that it actually tastes absolutely delicious..   Who would have thought soy protein imitations of throw away animal parts and innards could taste so good..  Plus, perhaps most important of all, you can eat dinner and then look your pet sheep in the eye guilt free..
