The ceramic celebrates 'The Simpsons' created by cartoonist and writer Matt Groening, which is the longest running animated comedy in television history.  In 2010 both Hazel Ceramics and The Simpsons are celebrating their 20th anniversaries.   On January 14th 2009 The Simpsons started their year-long anniversary celebration which culminated on January 14th 2010, exactly 20 years from the original series premiere.
