This is a tea from the northern Fujian city of Fuan. Fuan is the capital of jasmine teas in China. Big leaves and buds are plucked and formed into a large ball. Later jasmine flowers are mixed in. This tea is light in body, yet is full of wonderful floral flavor.One ball is enough for a pot of tea.
